11/16/18 – 11/18/18 – Holiday Open House: Thanks to all that stopped by and helped to make this one of our most fun weekends all year.  Recap: Hot cider and cookies were enjoyed by many. Our raffle winner for the Department 56 house was excited, so it was a win all the way around. We hope that you are all having a great start to the holiday season!

8/11/18 – Annual Adopt a Pet Day: The Humane Animal Rescue was present for their annual adoption clinic, and 1 dog and 2 kittens were adopted directly from our property.  The other dog that came received much interest and I'm sure that she will be adopted real soon.  Going Home Greyhounds was very happy with all of the recognition that they received from the event.  For more information on either of these groups and to find out how you can support either rescue group, please visit their websites with the links below...

6/23/18 - Weber Grill Demo:  Join us for our annual Weber grill cookout from 11am - 2pm.   Recap: Jeremy was cooking up a storm amongst the storm.  We appreciate all that stopped by to "taste the difference" that a Weber can make.  The large Genesis II 4-burner model that we were grilling on is quickly becoming one of our most popular grills because of the added cooking space that it creates.  Great for larger families or larger get-togethers!

6/16/18 – Big Green Egg Demo Day: Doug, our resident Big Egg Guru, was baking delicious pizzas.  Recap: We thank all that stopped by and we hope that you got a little better feel for how wonderfully the Big Green Egg can cook. This "ultimate grill" can bake, sear, and smoke with the best of them!

4/17/18 – Senior Hearts Dog Rescue Awareness Day:  Our friends over at Senior Hearts Rescue and Renewal visited us for the first time to talk about their wonderful, life-saving efforts for senior dogs in need.  Recap: The members of Senior Hearts were really pleased with the interest that they received from all those that stopped by.  They were optimistic that several adoptions will result because of their appearance on this day.  They are positive that Sam, the loving English lab that was here, will be adopted very soon!  Besides for the potential adoptions, Senior Hearts was overwhelmed by the donations received and the interest in fostering that several people had.  The event was a success and we hope to have them back again, some time later in the year.  For more information on Senior Hearts, please visit their website: http://www.seniorhearts.org/
