Here's the difference between Lowe's Home Improvement and Rollier Hardware. Our grill was pretty much shot. My wife bought it for me when we dating over ten years ago. The coatings were flaking off inside the grill, there were rust holes underneath ... and the temperature could barely get above 450˚. I decided it was time to get a new one, and started looking at Weber grills. My son and I went to Lowe's the day before Mother's Day, where it took us 15 minutes to find someone to help us out. The salesperson couldn't answer any questions about the grill I wanted aside from reading what was printed on the price card. We waited 20 more minutes while they went into the back to find the model I wanted, then someone wheeled it out on a cart and disappeared. It was the wrong color. It took another 10 minutes to find someone else, and 20 more after that for them to tell us they couldn't find the color I wanted. I was told I could drive to another location where I could pick up the gigantic 120-pound box myself or I could order it and it would be delivered in a week or so. They weren't sure if the delivery person would carry the grill up our 25 steps or not. I left in disgust. Last night I went to Rollier's to buy some nuts and washers for my son's bike, and they just happened to be selling the same Weber grill for the same price as Lowe's. A salesman came over two minutes after I started looking. He knew everything about the dozen or so models they had for sale, and answered every question I had. They assemble and deliver the grills for free, and it's being delivered today, four business hours after I bought it. They're going to carry it up the steps to our house. Honestly, this has been my experience every time I've been to Rollier's. There is always someone who knows what they're doing with whatever I need to find: paint, tools, hardware, gardening. It doesn't matter if I'm buying a 25¢ bolt or a high-end grill, the service is always excellent. These folks know what they're doing and it shows.Read more

The staff in each dept has always been knowledgeable, courteous and most helpful. Even on the phone...it my go to place for odd stuff like the felt on the bottom of a 30yr old lamp and I've never had a problem with quality of any item bought there, g... arden hand shears 15yrs old. They have everything! Not just hardware but really nice household things. I always find something unusual when I stop there on my trips to Pittsburgh. This time I picked up a Pennsylvania shaped cutting board!
